Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have some front and back movement in my fork. How do I fix this?

We need to know what kind of headset you have. Also, how long has it been loose? If it's been rattling around for some time, the bearings may be shot.
Old-style headsets require a special wrench to adjust the top adjustable bearing cup, and another to tighten the lockring. Modern "Aheadset" types use an allen wrench.

well i hope you dont have an integraated headset. If they are loose you just need to tighten down on it, try reading Parks guide for headsets:
If you have a threaded headset- http://www.parktool.com/repair_help/howfix_headset.shtml
If you have a threadless- http://www.parktool.com/repair_help/howfix_headthreadless.shtml
