My name is Bill I'm a 40 year old truck driver from Coplay, PA. I'm married to a wonderful woman and we have 5 children. (tomorrow is little Bill's 5th birthday). My other hobbies are music (which is more of lifelong passion than a hobby. I play guitar and fiddle and write my own music.) stained glass, and reading (spy stories, war stories, classics and historical).
I've been road riding seriously for about 9 months now. I also have a mountain bike and there are some good trails near here (one goes right by our house) but road riding is my thing. All I have is an old Schwinn 12 speed that I paid $50 for last August but it works. I finally broke down and bought some good riding apparel today. Everyone I talked to was right. It is worth it. I took a nice 30 mile ride today and the clothes felt great.
When I got back I looked up this forum and broused around a bit, and it looks like a cool place.
