3 months use of sidas conformable custom slim footbeds in sidi shoes

advantages
more comfortable and better overall foot support
no more numb toes and hot spots
no more mild knee pain on hammer(high intensity) and/or long rides
perceived smoother pedal stroke

disadvantages
size of insole is quite large so if your shoes are snug they may not fit
cost
fitting must be done in shop(heat molding)

55 clams plus fitting

You'll need to find a shop that has the oven and foot mould. Ski shops usually.

The insoles replaced the sidi ones but it was a close thing as there's not much room left in the shoes. Still a comfortable fit but I'm on the first couple of "clicks" on the buckles and techno thingies.
