I am sory if this has already been posted. But how long are normal triathlons....How long is the swim..the run...and...the bike...also where can you find information onto where to join a triathlon? Any help would be appreciated.

there is no such thing as a "normal" triathlon...

these are the most common distances:

Sprint 0,75 km - 20 km - 5 km
Olympic 1,5 km - 40 km - 10 km
ITU mid distance 3 km - 80 km - 20 km
ITU long 4 km - 120 km - 30 km
1/2 Ironman 1,9 km - 90 km - 21km
Ironman / long distance 3,8 km - 180 km - 42,195 km
then there are ultras and so on...

on top of that there are plenty tris that have modified distances...especially the swim distances are modified often enough...

as for info concerning races...i'm sure someone around your area can give you some hints pretty soon...
