gazing at maps and wondering about things to see and places to go. Will leave on or about aug 5th headed west would like to go through Colorado and Wy, UT., got my eye on the Colorado fires as i rode through big fires in Montana and oregon the past two summmers, its not fun at all. seems like which ever way you want to go n the summer season in U S you will find fires burning.
anyone inth states of CO, WY, UT have suggestions on places and routes that are must see? it doesnt take much to impress me just good roads light traffic or at least a shoulder places to camp and sights to behold. Ill eventually make my way tot he pacific and head south then maybe ride back on a south route, Id have liked to leave earlier but have been too busy with work at the farm and life. It wouuld have been great to get to the coast in time to meet up with our friend Dave W. on his way through.
