I think I pretty much screwed up my rear derailer adjustments. I was having problems shifting, so I adjusted both the high and low adjustment screws and the b-screw. Now It's squeaking like crazy and won't shift into the large cog. Any help?

Which rear derail model are you using?Maybe the manual of your rear derail. will help this situation. You can always read the manual provided by the manufacturer. For shimano rear derail, go to www.shimano.com and www.sram.com for SRAM rear derail. For your case, you should adjust the low adjustment screws counter-clockwise or turn the barrel adjuster clockwise so that it can improve the shifting to lower cogs. Hope this helps!

You should *NEVER* have to adjust the limit screws once they are set properly. Only cable tension and derailleur hanger alignment should matter once they are set.
