noticed that my middle chain ring is a little out of whack.
when i look down while pedaling i can see it wobble a little.
and when i'm riding in the middle few cogs i can hear and feel a click sometimes thru the crank arms.
kind of feels like the chain moves a little on the chain ring.
should this be a concern?

Not unusual; if the chain isn't derailing it shouldn't be a problem, but it could wear things faster. I have bent steel ones back into shape (much easier if they're the kind that you can take apart) but if it's aluminum you'd be better off replacing.
