Over the past month i have noticed many more upgraded members on this forum, has there really been such a surge or is it just me?

I think upgraded members are more likely to be active members, there hasn't been a "surge" of upgraded memberships. Last month, I had 3 upgrades in one day, usually its one every 3 days... :D

SO Joe, is everyone keeping on top of the Server costs?
I still want to contribute, but I still cant afford my much needed copy of Cyclistats!
The donations are one off payments, aren't they?

I understand the need for Cyclistats, I would go after that 1st myself. :D Server costs are taken care of, I have done alot of work to make the site pay for itself, and that is now a reality. I'm not making bank, but enough not to worry about next months hosting costs. Donate when you can, and yeah, one off payment, good for life. :D

Hey Joe, I wrote to someone today and said something along the lines that if the cycling community was looking or heroes, it need not look much further than yourself. I don't think the people around here realise just what a contribution you -- personally -- have made the cycling world in general in the past four or five years.
Anyway, I thought you were outa here, biking by power to other parts of the world?
PS: For those who think I'm blowing smoke, yeah, well, get a life. I owe nothing, he owes nothing. It's respect.

Seconded - well said, on all fronts, Rowan.

I want to upgrade my membership but I had a problem with my Paypal account and it's been closed and I cannot start a new one. Are there any other forms of payment that are available?
I feel that I should contribute to this site since I have learned so much from it. The amount of information and knowledge on here is priceless. If I weere to add all of the questions i've ever asked at a shop and all of the info i've obtained from bicycling books, mags & zines it wouldn't even equal a small fraction of the knowledge the members here have given me. Thanks.
You can send it via snail mail... whoops, hold on to that. Joe is no longer at that address, right? Aren't you staying with your sister, dood?
Bueller?
Bueller?
Jose, I'll check with Joe and see what other payment options you have.

I would like to upgrade, and need a snail mail address too, please. One time I started to set up a paypal account, and just felt uncomfortable providing so much personal information to yet another unknown entity, so I backed out of it.
Send a PM to Joe, and in the title, put something like "Address needed for snail mail donation!!!". He'll respond.
