Brakes and suspension

I have a 99 ironhorse g spot with the manitou x vert shock front,and a rock shox deluex on the rear.It does have disc mounts and i would like to upgrade to disc. Problem i sont know what brake will work.I would also like to upgrade the suspension.Any info would be nice. Iron horse has been much help i email them 3 times with no response.

What kind of riding are you doing? If you are diong extreem off road, then Hydrolic disks might come in handy (Avid), or if you just want basic stopping power, Hayes have a good range or 'cable' brakes.

Get a fork on how much you have to spend, once again we cant realy help you untill you give us more information about what you use the bike for.

type of riding I do mostly trail riding,not really crazy stuff like ten foot drops but some pretty rough trails.I am in southern cal to give ya an idea of weather ect..... I am by no means easy on the bike,i like to find bigs hills and go fast.
