A little history- Years ago I broke both of my legs. One very bad, the other just a hairline. THe result was one leg becoming larger than the other no matter how hard I try to compensate. When lifting weights I sometimes spend more time trying to get the lesser developed leg "up to speed" by doing more reps or adding more weight.. I find that, when the hammering lasts a while, I tend to rely more on my more developed leg than the other- furthering the problem. When I notice I'm doing this I immediately concentrate on using the other leg more, but inevitably, I still end up using one leg more than the other.
Question: Is it fairly common for one to have a dominant leg when cycling? I know many people have dominant arms (tennis, baseball, etc.). And another question is, should I even worry about it?
