Dont know anyone with a motorcycle that'd be willing to do it. My girlfriend only has a car, so it's kind of hard to draft it when I'm a couple of feet higher than its roof. :(

We do it once a week, its definatley working.
I led out the sprint last night in our training series from 500m and still managed 3rd in the bunch sprint.
we are going to start doing it twice a week now.

Motorpacing? Easy choice.
Riding around behind a moto at 30mph and sprinting at 34mph.
OR
Riding around without a moto at 23mph and sprinting at 27mph.
Woo hoo. I'll take the first one.

Moto pacing is fun and exhilarating, only did it a few times though.

Speaking of exhilarating, one of my greatest Motorpacing moments was pacing flat out 40mph+ on the back of a Track Tandem (my first time on it) at Major Taylor. 10 laps of shear terror!
This training method can take you places that you can get to in no other way.
