Can anyone make a recommendation on where to get touch up paint for a 1980(?) LeTour III. Mine is metallic orange.

Nail polish.
It comes in gabzillions of colors, and even if youc an't find the exact one you need you can mix it.
It's also a pretty good match texture wise and sticks on decently...if you sand first and feather the edges well.

Testors paint, mix your own.
or take it to an auto paint shop, they can match any
colour.
