General Cycling Discussion - Ensurall and Bike Registry Canada?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hey there,
Anyone know anything about either Ensurall (http://www.ensurall.com) and/or Bike Registry Canada (http://www.bikeregistrycanada.com/)? Better than registering locally? Is it good insurance (re: Ensurall)?

Never heared of either one. I'd just go with a well know insurance company. With home insurance it would cover the bike the case of damage, which from the brief reading I did on Ensurall site is not covered. As for the Bike registry I was told by a LBS the police don't look at registries when they find a bike. And if it was stolen would you really want it back? I'd rather just have the cash.
