If so, can you give me some details on the bike. From the profile, there looks to be one hill which you go over four times (on the way out and back, then second loop). How are these hills to climb and about how long are they? Any other details on the ride would be helpful.

brutal hill..use your phone ..stretch ..eat..this hill will rule

Steep but short. Keep your speed up and recover on the DH. You only go over the hill twice - but there are 2 different hills. Good luck

Short is in the mind of bicyclist. Feels like a mile to me, may only be a half though. Post a picture of yourself, reicher, I live a block from the course, will be sitting in a lawn chair with a cooler of assorted brews, only good ones, not ones that suck. I'll be happy to cheer you on both times you ride by.

Thanks for the info and luck, sounds like I may need it. I have been riding a fair amount of hills in Colorado, so I hope that I am prepared. My first IM, so we will see.
