Just found this forum. Very interested in becoming a more serious rider. I love to ride even though by most standards I'm not considered a serious rider. I'm female, 50, currently riding 15 miles a day (hilly) 5 days a week. I want to build up, not quite sure how. I do have big time speed racer fantasties. In process of buying a new bike but not sure what is right for someone like me. I'm looking at trek hybrids 7200fx vs. 7500fx. any suggestions greatly appreciated

Hi...Sounds like we're on a similar training routine...I just purchased the 7300 fx. It's perfect...smooth and graceful..shifters and shifting are flawless. The rims are a bit better quality than the 7200 fx ..that was the only real difference I found important. i think any fx you choose will be a great ride..
