well i just became a red star memeber today. Along with a new avatar, i uploaded a profile picture, but when i look at my profile it's not anywhere.

ok real slowly...i want the pic from number 5 as my profile pic. when i go to my user control panel it says that pic is there. when i look at my actual profile i do not see that pic anywhere...as shown by the screen shot of my profile that has no pic in it.

Try uploading it on a webhost and linking it and let me know if it works. I've tried 6 ways from Sunday, and I can see your picture from the administrator side, but it's just not showing up on the forums.

Unless you have the "turn off all profiles" selected as one of your user options. Then you wouldn't see anyone's profile pics.

Visible Post ElementsYou have the option to show or hide various elements of messages, which may be of use to users on slow internet connections, or who want to remove extraneous clutter from posts.
Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)
Thread Display ModeHere you can choose the display mode for threads

Make sure all the "Show...ABC" ae selected.

iv looked at my thread options and everything is checked. but now that you mention it, i cant see profile pics in anyone elses profile either and i have tried quite a few people. Where is this "turn of profiles" button.

It IS odd... I can't see anyone's profiles either unless I check from the admin side. It must be a software snafu. I've even tried to refresh my browser, and I get nada.

I'll check with Joe and Mael and see if they know if there's something up with the coding for the website.

I haven't seen my pic in ages. To be honest I don't think this feature has worked in quite a while. If I go to my profile I can post a pic but I can't find it "public"...
