I have never ridden a recumbent bike other than a stationary recumbent in my local gym. I want to ride one for a while to see if my low back pain will not be aggravated, but I can't afford the thousands of dollars a new recumbent bike will cost. I just sent away for the no weld plans for a home built recumbent. I hope it will work out for me. I'm glad to see an online community is available for new people like me.
