General Cycling Discussion - what kinda stickers do you have on your bike?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I've got a GoByBicycle.com sticker on my seat tube. I see people with tons of stickers, mostly advocating bicycling or hating on the president, but some as simple decoration, like flowers or honu.

Nothing...I've been removing stickers, such as the "27-speed shimano" sticker that was on my chainstay, those "bike shop" stickers (this bike was bought used therefore I really don't want my bike to advertise a shop I've never dealt with), and various other stickers..

...I'm pretty much the anti-sticker on my roaddie...but once i get a commuter rig built...the rack will probably be littered with stuff.

montgomery cyclery sticker, Designed on Sun Microsystems Workstation sticker, some others I can't remember. I like my LBS, so that sticker stays. I'm also a UNIX person, so I think the Sun sticker is cool. Everything else is mostly covered by a waterbottle cage and bottle.

I've got a GoByBicycle.com sticker on my seat tube.
So GoByBicycle stickers have made it from Oregon to Hawaii. Cool! Mostly I've got ZooBomb stickers on my bikes, also some 'Bicyclists Allowed Full Lane ORS 814.430(2)(c)' stickers, and some other miscellaneous bike advocacy and rock 'n' roll stuff. See Microcosm's selection, lots o' good bike stickers.

I usually remove (or cover up with other stickers) all the annoying mfgs. safety stickers and the bike shop stickers.

I have the crank brothers logo on mine. I love their pedals and so i thought it would be nice to put on a sticker, and its subtle. When i got my frame it had SRAM logo+lettering on the rear triangle as well. Theres the Schwinn and homegrown sticker but i didnt put that on either, that came with the frame

Currently a Sidi decal on the top tube, an anti-TV sticker (TV in circle/cross) as a head-tube badge, and an Apple Computer sticker on the down tube. No other stickers/writing on the bike.

I've got two stickers from http://www.unamerican.com on my urban assault bike. One side says, "I Love This Bike" and the other side says, "Gasoline Kills". Good times. :)

The tall bike and fixed gear are sticker free for now, though I did JB weld a metal star I found on the ground onto the tall bike like a head badge...

peace,
sam

If anyone wants some gobybike stickers, PM me and I'll send you some, free.

Scott sent me a few that I don't really want with some zines I bought.

I only have the original decals: Schwinn CrMo, Chicago Schwinn Quality, and Johnny's SPorts (the original retailer). Oh, yeah, and the model decals...

On my Kona Hoss:
"I got a mountain bike for my wife, It was a good trade"
-----
"Drink 'til she's cute"
-----
"Californians Go Home" (not that I dislike 'em, I'm from CA, just thought it was funny)
----
and the sticker for the bike shop where I bought it: "Bay Ridge Bicycle World"

Wwhat about the "stopping distance increases with wet rims" warning sticker? Or does your Schwinn predate that litigious epoch?

I have a Canadian Air Force rondel sticker for a head badge on my Redline, an "I Voted" sticker above the real head badge on my schwinn commuter, and an Alex Lowe Charitable Foundation, Khumbu Climbing School sticker for the head badge on the old Nashbar hardtail/rigid fork MB I started playing around with, which is really rather ironic because I suck at trail climbing. (edit: Or maybe it's aprapo)

my specialized is covered in walmart smile stickers and duct tape. Other than that I don't think I have any stickers on the other bikes. A few "schwinn" decals but that's about it.

My Triumph has Municipality Of Burnaby bike licence stickers from '74 and '75. I'm gonna mask 'em when I paint it. I just think they're kinda cool.

Israeli flag covering up my instantaneous speed on my speedo. (I don't like looking at my speed, just distance, odo, time etc.)
