Hi,
Just Bought A Claud Butler - Pagan.
Notice A Regular Rattle/click Occurring Each Time The Right Pedal Passes Its Highest Point.
Looking At The Front Chain Wheel, I Saw The Top 2 Teeth Are Incomplete. (image Attached.)
-called The Dealer, And Told That's How It Should Be.
Is This True?
- Any Responses Greatly Appreciated

Yeah, they're "shifting aids". If you look exactly 180 degrees opposite, you'll probably find two more teeth that are shaped the same way. They are supposed to make it easier for the derailleur to move the chain from sprocket to sprocket.

That doesn't mean the rattle/click is normal, however.

Check for the crankarm hitting something, like the derailleur wire, when it passes that point.
