So here it goes
My name is Jeff I live in Harrisburg PA and work for the military after doing some considerable damage to my back I was no longer able to do the Army type exercises and gained a lot of weight. A little while later my wife brought home a Raleigh Grand Prix told me to shut up, mount up, and get out of the house till she was tired (She probably considers this to be a mistake in hind site as now she would just like me to sleep past 4 am on weekends instead of tearing off in search of the ultimate human powered speeding ticket). So today I was feeling particularly pleased with myself for a new personal time/distance record (12 miles in 45 minutes not far not fast but I’m getting better) and ran across this site and spent the day digging through all the great info. Good thing my boss is in the field :rolleyes:
