Namely:

"Defendants shall offer Class Members who currently have Kryptonite U-Lock(s) an
opportunity to exchange said lock(s) for comparable Kryptonite lock(s) without tubular cylinders
(non-tubular locks), with no charge to consumer s (hereinafter referenced as the “free productexchange offer”). To participate in the free product-exchange offer, eligible consumers must
comply with the instructions for returning their Kryptonite U-Lock(s), as described in the notice,
including returning the Kryptonite U-Lock and at least one working key for the lock. The free
product-exchange offer includes and covers associated shipping charges. ."

Now that it has been re-posted, I'll take the opportunity to say that Kryptonite was very efficient in replacing my lock. Total turnaround time from my applying, through receiving my UPS label, old lock delivery to them, and new lock delivery to me was three weeks. Nice job!
