So, it's go to the bottom of the Post Reply page and look for the Attach File section.
Then click the Browse button and use the Choose File window to cruise your way thru the Windows (sorry Mac Guys/Gals) heirarchy until you have the filepath and filename.
For example I have a Garfield gif on my desktop...
C:\Documents and Settings\Greg\Desktop\card18tn.gif
Then click the Submit Reply button on the bottom of the Post Reply page and you are rolling!

Oh, be sure to click Edit (located just over the Post Reply button) after you see what the submitted reply looks like! 'cause you'll probably forget that you wanted to say something in your submittal, as well as show something.
Having an Edit button that let's you change what you've already said or pictured, is really cool. Anybody know where I can get one that would work the same way, outside the on-line world ? :)

Here's a related question.
How do you get your user's-picture into your user's-profile?
The type of entry that has to be made is (apparently) a web address, which I presume, comes from you own personal web page?
If I am wrong and there is a way, please speak up.
