Ok, i have a Haro F3 and i think its a great bike just its a little harder to pop the front wheel up to start a wheelie so im looking for some good quality, reliable parts. and one more thing, i also have a budget (hey not many 14 year olds have good-paying jobs) so i wanna keep the price down.(and the parts dont have to be like race performing, just reliable and light parts please

All black kids can do wheelies - but Day Smith can blow them all away.
;)
Stop trying to lighten you bike - learn to ride what you have. There is nothing wrong with the weight, it just isn't a short little girlie pant bike like the old ones you have used. A longer bike makes it more difficult to pull up for wheelies - raising your seat can help some as will pushing your rear wheel forward in the dropouts.
But, most of all - you need to learn to ride your bike. Anyone here that can manual - can do it on your bike with about 5 or 10 minutes of getting used to it time. So - ride - practice - have fun.
And if you try putting to many race parts on your freestyle bike we will have to have Expatriate come and beat you down. He's a sensitve guy you know.
listen to bmxtrix...manualing is hard as shoot. you gotta get used to it and have it dialed before it seems easy but after that its one of those things that you just gotta keep doing every day and it gets easier. trust me, no one hear has a bike that much lighter than your, (except maybe racers), in fact there are probably alot of excellent riders here with bikes heavier than yours.

I'm assuming a real true wheelie would be one where you are sitting on the seat? Am I wrong? (newb here) Well what I do is stand up on the peddles and just pull up on the bike, I'm going probably 2-4 mph. Try to balance yourself out each time and when your front end is going down peddle harder, or lift the bike up more, easiest thing in the world.
start working on manuals, they look better and are more skilled

Yeah, but the Aussie hydro stuff is going to make me insane in the membrane. It's not jealousy, is it? Anyone else got a wife that rides BMX? That lets you spend more on bikes than cars?

pedal wheelies=power wheelies
no pedal wheelies=manuals
and just find a "sweet spot" where your comfortably leaned back and can hold on for the ride...keep practicing...get ready to flip over alot...
On my Haro, the front wheel never wants to come up, but on the Felt, your grandma could manual it. Go figure. I'll have to compare them side by side to see where the geometry is different.
