Had Funky Kingston stuck in my head. I like it, tho. Very catchy. Seen lots of commercials for the show Miami Ink lately...that's probably why.

Whenever my mind takes me to these forbidden realms (i.e. brittney spears, five for fighting, jesse mcartney -- egad!) I forcibly remove them with a spirited (and loud) rendition of "Angelina" by Louis Prima. Seriously, this song is the best to bike to. When it gets to the "Zooma, Zooma" part I am always going faster than before and sometimes screaming. Just thinking about it makes me wanna climb a friggin mountain. And more importantly, not having "Beautiful soul" boring a hole in my brain. If you ever hear a guy singing this song on a silver custom Gilmour frame - that's me. And I will be passing anyone not singing.I do the same thing, only my choice of musical "antibody" is Bobby Fuller's "I Fought The Law." Many years ago there was a bridge on my commute. My ride home was @10PM and the bridge's MUP was full of barely ambulatory drunks. That song cleared 'em away every time.

Was alternating between Pimp On - Twista and Stealing Society - System Of A Down for a few days there. Last one I can remember was I Know You Ain't Happy by Mannie Fresh.

Lately it's been Black Horse and the Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall (sung by Katherine McPhee on American Idol). Can't get the dang thing out of my head. Fortunately, it's a good song to spin to.
