A problem I have been experiecing is after about 9-10 miles my pinky and ring finger on my left hand start to tingle and get a little numbness. The right seems to be fine for the most part. I do wear gloves(Cannnondale Pittards). Do I need a thicker padding or a padded tape? Could an adjustment be required? Rode 18 miles today(18.3avg) preceed by 24 on Wednesday(17.2 avg). Going to hit the trails in the morning after a three week layoff. I feel like I have been neglecting my mountain bike lately.

It's probably an elbow thing...Strange...I know, but the nerves go thru the elbow and can get pinched. Make sure that your elbows are not locked into a single position to much.
