Hi folks - I'm NEW to this forum, so please pardon my ignorance. My question is: does anyone make a tandem recumbent? Thanks.

Several. The least expensive is probably the EZ Tandem (http://www.easyracers.com/ez_tandem.htm) and then there's the Barcroft (http://www.barcroftcycles.com/) and the Rans Screamer (http://www.ransbikes.com/2005bikes/Screamer.htm) and the TerraTrike (http://wizwheelz.com/shop/acatalog/tandem.html) . I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones I know of.

MMMmmm ... i think the stupidest question normally starts with "here, hang onto my beer and watch this" and ends with "are you ok?"

turner recumbents also make a tandem, but there have bene some reports on the actual turner company ...

Barcroft made this racing tandem. It is back to back. At the races, the stoker guy looking backwards kept flipping us off when they passed. It was pretty hilarious.

MR Components (Australia) make a tandem trike that converts into a single... the rear section comes off to leave a single seater (they also make 'normal' tandems.)
