Track Cycling - Comprehensive list of US velodromes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm trying to figure out if there are any velodromes in/near MO, and it got me wondering: is there an online list of velodromes in the US?

far from comprehensive (mygmaps.com currently limits to 10 locations) but maybe handy.

Cool - thanks for the help. Some time this summer I think I'll go over to St Louis and hit the Penrose velodrome. Not quite what it once was, but a track all the same and apparently it's being worked on. Let me at it...

YES!
I mean- Sure it's not some fancy multimillion dollar facility, but it's all what you make it. You can't have a good time if you don't get down in the bowl!
I'm planning on heading down at some point this Summer... To check out the track, show some support, bring some out-of-town flavor...
Maybe we can coordinate and hook up at the track? Do you know how late their season runs?

I really have no idea about it - information on it is scarce. I'll let you know if I find anything out, though.

The Penrose Park velodrome in St Louis is a bit tricky to get to right now, but the new access road should be done soon.
Thursday night races every other week through September:
