I got this nasty sinus thing that puts pressure on my dental nerves, making it feel like my left top row of teeth all hurt. It's nasty. I hate it. Grrr... anyways, it's kept me from commuting for the past two days. I got to the doctors this afternoon. I've gotten this TWICE this year.. and it sucks.

Anyone still ride through the pain? Do you ride with a cold? Sore throats? Tummy aches. hehe...

too sick to ride = too sick to work.

sometimes when i feel so good that i just have to ride also = too sick to work. funny that.

Yes, sometimes. I find that a nice long, slow ride will often beat a cold.

Or at least make you feel better temporarily (although sometimes you pay for it later).

i find that i rarely get colds and that sort of thing when i'm riding regularly -- and i ride through the wisconsin winter.

two reasons:
a) i'm healthier
b) nothing like a ride to get the mucous flowing

i hate to admit it, but it might have more to do with b than a.
