Hello sadly I am going to be starting a 2nd joby-job :P I could realy use some extra cash, and am thining of selling my Trek 4500. But ONLY if it can bring OK money. I know bikes lose thier value, BUT the thing is only 3 months old and the tires & brakes are only 3 weeks old W/ low miles on them.

I know how much $$$ I have in it and know I'll never get it all back. but I would just like to know. what would YOU pay for a used bike like this one.

How much did you pay for it?

~$200 I would think.

:edit: on second thought, You should be able to get over $200 for it, but I don't know what you paid for it new either. I would guess no more than $350 either, though.

I would just hold on to it for that kind of money. I had no idea that bikes went down in value that fast.

The bike was $500, brakes where $200 and the tires where $80 so I have $780 in the bike.

oh well I like it I don't realy want to sell it anyway, it would kust make things easyer if I could get some decent cahs for it.
