Yesterday..sunday..family commitments..got in only 6 miles...I think it is a commuter thing..get used to a daily ride..Feel you gotta have your daily ride..Yesterday's six miles did not quite satisfy my need probably because it was a weekend day off...
Think I would be happy if I could ride 6 days a week..anything less, I feel sort of cheated...how about you ...how many and how much riding do you need per week... I could commute or do errands at least 5 days a week and get in a minimum of a 100 mile week..I might be happy.

I have a chronic lower back alignment problem. If i go two days without riding, I start to sieze up something fierce. Riding every day, I'm as limber as an appropriate metaphor. Gotta do it.

Right now it's a fight to get in 5. I have to actually take an hour or two off work to sqeeze in the 5th. Wish I could commute but with a 12 hour night shift I'm just to tired to ride after work.

I would love to ride everyday, but usually can not on the weekends since their are a ton of other things I like to do. I will start to commute (hopefully next week), so that will help immensley.

Yeah, I'm hooked again... I get antsy if I don't get my ride.

I ride every day, except like yesterday when it was raining. Apparently i do NEED to ride every day because i felt like a junkie needing a fix all day yesterday. Morning came and i reeled off 37 miles. I feel better now. :D

12 out of 13 days in June. So, I'd say yes.

I do not need to ride everyday but I try. There are days I just need to be off the bike though...

Konageezer!!!!

I'm with ya dude....

I have a chronic lower back issue myself. Riding every day keeps me limber. Too many days off and I stiffen up. This is why I swear by "The Trainer" on those days when the road looks ominous (for whatever reason).

Yep. I feel like I'm cheating myself if I don't get at least 10 miles a day. I'm trying to up my minimum to 15, but there isn't always enough time.

There are days when I really don't feel like riding in the morning. Any excuse will do. This year I raised my daily goal from 10 to 15 miles. Usually though, when I skip in the morning, I harass myself into riding after work.

I try and ride most days (on my lunch hour) and then on the weekends. Every once in a while something pops up that makes it impossible to ride, right now it a bad ear infection (really hurts). As soon as I am over this, I'm back on my bike.

I ride every day. Even if its just a short jaunt around the neighborhood, its a goal of mine to be on a bike once a day, no matter how short of a trip.

peace,
sam

I'm suffering from a fever and head cold. Inactive for almost a week. I'm going nuts. I'm going to turn into a blob. My legs will be pudding. My back aches. Aargh!!

Need a ride everyday, don't always get it though. I wish there was a magic fairy for chores. I'm generally riding 5-6 days a week right now, and sometimes the house suffers, but oh well! I have all winter for that!

I think I would be satisfied if only I could commute to work 4-5 times a week. plus a major ride on the weekend.

I ride everyday, as in 7 days a week.

I can miss a day, but if I miss two I start to get slightly irritable and lethargic.

I don't really need a daily ride for say, but I have to joyride atleast a few times a week to whip me into shape and make me feel better.
