I recently got on the yahoo group for those that keep up the Jack Brooks Trail system (Houston area). I just got this from the email today " It's Night Ride time. Friday The 24th after
dark. Cost will be $5.00 a head(donations to cover the cost of the
permit at $50.00). All interested parties please let me know in
advance as the gates will be closed after dark.Pre pay would be
great,but pay at the park will work too. Any extra will go into the
kitty for materials, Ride will be over at 11:00pm."
Still working on getting some clean pix of what has been done to the trail, especially the teeters and skinny that has been built in "The Playground".
Now is it so wrong that I am excited? Now I just gotta break this news to the wife.
