I thought of an awesome solution to "become stronger" on my bike. I have a 110 pound black lab that sits around at home all day, and im now going to 2 hour long rides or more each day. I was thinking about getting a trailer to tow my dog around in? Is this a horrible idea or what? How would I make one of these? Can you buy something to support 110 pounds?
Thanks!

How mild is he?
My first thought would be him moving from side to side (maybe even jumping out) with "cool" things he saw or smelled. Would be hard if your weight balance kept shifting because he kept moving around in the trailer.

He's too lazy...I don't think he'll be jumping out.

How easy would it be to build one of these from scratch?

Hehe- I have a very energetic chocolate lab, and I want to get one of those little carts so he can pull ME around! Mush, Sam, mush!
How easy would it be to build one of these from scratch?
If you trust yourself with welding, it'd be a fun project. Could be quite a bi-otch, though...

Anyone suggest any good models if I were to just buy one?
