that fit's the bill but you could always go to wal-mart and get a full suspension for even less money...

I would stick with a Giant, Trek or Specialized if possible. You might spend more money up front, but less in the long run. I have seen many inexpensive bike frames fail on the trail

Not the best advice. dpwitte, if you can spare that much money, I would, just cause you can get a cheaper fs bike at wal-mart, doesnt mean it is going to be a good move for you. As for that specific bike, I've heard good things about iron horse, and in my opinion it looks like a decent bike, but I don't look at many fs bikes, so might want to wait for some other replies

Thanks for the advice Matt! I too have also heard good things about Iron Horse, and when i saw the bike i thought it looked good for the money

I wouldn't touch it. It has super cheap suspension componets and the rest of the bike's components suffer to pay for them. If you're looking for a cheap FS bike the only route is used. Good FS designs with decent (won't break unexpectedly) components start at the $1000 range
