Mountain Biking - no comply??

hey,
just got a hardtail mountain bike (kona), my friend was teaching me some tricks - endo, cradle etc... i can do these fine (well, ok). but today he was teachin me a no comply, i can get my front wheel up, but i dont know how to get my back one up after... he didnt really know how to explain
can sombody please help so i can go and impress im

Sounds like what we used to cal a J-hop , Try this J-hop (http://www.trials-online.com/techniques-japslap.php)

If it's like a skateboard no comply, he probably means a foot plant or fast plant.

Are you talking about bunny hopping? If so, all you do is pull the front up and then shift your weight back forward.

hey, sorry guys might of not made it clear, what i want to do is... when i lift my front wheel onto a curb or bench how do i lift up my back wheel after. hope this explantation helps.

oh by the way a cradle is where you go onto your front wheel(endo) then go onto your back wheel after

Yeah, I think that's a J-hop. As for the cradle, kangaroo perhaps? Except without the hopping? Anyway, I'm not much good at either so I'll refrain from giving advice. ;)
cradle = see saw.
I have an OLD book that has that as a stunt. do an endo, then a rear wheel stand.

See my post below and take a look at the link I posted. Practice w/o the curb or with but it is the same technique. Bookmark that site, there is a lot of good info there.
