Which bike is better overall:
1) Poverty G-Ride
2) DK General Lee
3) Diamondback Mr. Lucky

cause I'm looking for a new bike and $450 (U.S.)is my limit and these all are around my range more or less.

If none of these are really good bikes, can anyone suggest a good bike? I ride dirt and a little street.

Buy a Schwinn Automatic Trail..... that is within your price range..... I dunno besides my suggestion I would most likly buy the DK General Lee....But its a little bit longer so if your shorter than 5'7" Go with the Poverty

get a cheapish haro itll last you forever and its perfect for you try looking up a Haro Nyquist or for a little less cash, a 540 Air. of the list you gave, get the general lee.. it wont fall apart and the parts are good.

Out of the bikes you listed I would say the general lee (not my first choice out of all the bikes in the world) but I think that it will run you more than $450. I would suggest the Mosh 4 Star bike. I don't ride it but it is a good design (I think) and comes with good components for the price. Hope this helped.
