i need help i bought a 100 dollar bike because my mom wouldnt let me get a good one and i wanna put bmx parts what do i need?

Obviously a road bike frame will not end up looking like a BMX bike unless you can do frame building. Please post the model and exactly what you want to do with it.

What he could do is fix up the mystery bike, sell it and use the money to buy a used BMX...then upgrade the BMX
