Having discovered while perusing threads that it is frowned upon to post to this forum without first introducing oneself, I have decided to do so.
I am Tom Parrish, currently hailing from Quakertown, PA. Quakertown is near the north end of Bucks County, a place where hills go to die. I decided to start cycling a few years ago. Started with a mountain bike, moved to a hybrid (Specialized Crossroads Sport), on which I have ridden most of the rail trails in eastern PA and some in Jersey. Currently refurbishing a 22-year-old Fuji road bike for purposes of riding roads. Glad I found these forums. I have already learned a lot, and expect to learn more.
