Does the '853' refer to the tubing? If so, it might be comparable to this: http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/FR606A00-Zion+853+Frame.aspx

Which is $289 brand new, free shipping..

Up to you whether the price difference is worth it for a used frame off ebay.. personally i think i'd go with the new one.

I have a Dragon and would certainly pay more than $200 for the frame.
