Mountain Biking - CamelBak Mule, thanks for your input!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I just placed my order!

I used the search function and read everything about the hydration products and what is most useable for my needs.

my needs, easy trails and entry level MTB. I'll also use it for lighter hiking.
(I already have a huge CamelBaK Peak Bagger I got for christmas, and both hold 100 oz)

Just to add, You also helped on my decision to buy my Giant Rincon and at a great price!!
I've used it just once so far, my daughters are going to put a bow on it for Father' Day. :)

Thanks Again, this section has the most useable input I've found!

Excellent! The MTB forum under bikeforums.net is one of the best I've ever participated in and even after taking all the info I needed, I still want to stick around to learn some more and help out when I can.

I even ponied up for the lifetime membership. That's how great a forum this is.

I have a Deuter Race and the air suspension is awesome in the heat! I can feel the breeze thru the vents while riding. I put a "Camelback Hotshot" 72oz. insulated, baffled, insulated tube ,hydrolock big bite valve, bladder in it and now I believe I have the closest thing to a perfect pack I can find. the bite valve quick disconnects for hooking up the camelback filter(or any other in line filter) for quick fill in the woods. I found it at TADgear for $35 regular price. it fits in the pack better than the "source" bladder that came with it
