What kind of cranks? And those rims!! Thats some serious bling in my opinion.

Might be a polished D/A crank. Those are most likely Araya 16B tubular rims, and they come polished like that.

Most likely.
Sorry, I wasn't asking about the rims as many sprints and older clincher rims come polished, just making an observation. But combined with those highly polished cranks on that color frame, it's just blingin'.

My dad has a grinding wheel with a polishing attachment. I am thinking I should put a few parts through their paces to see how shiny they come out.
