Hi Everyone,
I just recently bought a used Johnny G spinner bike, Its a nice bike but it has no electronics so I can't tell speed distance or cadence. Are there any bike computers that I could use with a spin bike? Thanks
Measuring distance on a stationary bike.
Now that's an interesting question......

I gotta admit, I was so obseesed with couting kms, that I once did this.:)
I calibrated a computer (don't we call them "speedos"?) so it would more accurately represent road kms, based on the heart rates I was sustaining.

I have been a indoor cycling coach for going on 6 years and I wish I had a dollar for everytime someone asked me how far you go. I got to tell you -you go nowhere! resistance feels the same whether your pushing a hard flat ,a hill , into the wind may be even riding through mud. Its all mind/body when you think about terrain on a stationary bike.

Cadence would be nice on a spin bike though. A power meter would be even better.
