Nice. What kind of stem is that?

My '05 Poprad is stock at the moment, but I'm thinking about getting narrower handlebars and lowering them a bit. Also would love to get a road wheelset and a carbon front fork, when the budget allows.

The stem is from a Giant TCR. I jacked up the rear wheel today (again)... my foot got caught in it last week and the spokes & rim bent, I trued it up and rode it 3 days... today on my ride a spoke broke and it's all untrue. I'm just gonna get a new wheel.
