I just got the Giant Rainier from my uncle(2002) and is it a good bike? like could ive gotten a better bike for $600-800?

hey yeah i have herd good things about it so yeah in my eyes its a great bike
i got a iron horse sinister with v breaks instead of the flimsy disks
