I really enjoy building my own XC MTB wheels, but now I'd like to build a nice set of wheels for my road bike using Open Pro rims (32 hole), alloy nipples with a set of Ultegra or DA hubs. This would be my racing wheelset, so I'm looking for light weight and stiffness.

Question: Will DT Revolution 14/17/14 spokes do the trick? Would you suggest a different size or brand?

You might go 15/17/15. 3x on the rear and 2x on the front.
DT Revolution spokes are fine as are WHEELSMITH
