Commuting - Cateye Enduro "B" wheel size works for road bike?

I use a Cateye Enduro on my commuter, which has 700/32 tires. I want to take advantage of the feature on the Enduro which allows me to use it on another bike. The manual explains how to dial in Wheel Size B for the second bike. I have these questions:

1. The manual indicates that wheel size B is optimized for slower speeds/MTBs. Does this mean it will work improperly on the road bike I've got it targeted for? This bike has the standard 700/23 tires.

2. Can I use any compatible bracket, wire, sensor setup on the second bike or do I need the Enduro specific package?

I use the Enduro and the Mity 3 which are the same except that the Enduro has a tougher cable. Any compatible mount should work fine. I switch them on my bikes from time to time.

also, I think you could use the B setting for your road bike and it would probably be fine.

The "B" wheel setting is more sensitive and resultingly more accurate at lower speeds, just as you said, Cateye simply recommends using this setting on MTB's, they do not exclude this setting for roadbikes.

The computer pick ups (little metal studs on the back of the computer unit) will have to align with their counterparts on the computer bracket, after that it doesn't much matter what harness, wheel pick-up sensor, cable you use. All that has to happen is a "pulse" must be generated by the magnet passing the sensor and be transmitted to the computer for processing.
