Got a 05 Rainer with Marzocchi EXR shocks .. I find the preload setting does not make much of a difference on sag whether it is cranked to the max or min.

Anyway here is my question I find the recommend PSi for the forks to be low at 35-40 psi for my weight. I got it up to 100 PSI and it's still not that stiff but is seems better .. any one have experience with the forks and can recommend a good settings.. Cause If I go down to 40 PSI it's like a pogo stick I don't now maybe thats normal?

Add the Air Pre-load valve from your LBS. It makes a world of difference for only about $30.

Here's a link from about a year ago that may help you... It was from me before I got banned the 3rd time.... :)

/\ hes talking about putting air in it, so im guessing he already has it.
as fo the fork, thats just how these forks feel. not much you can do besides getting used to it, or getting a new fork.
