hey guys hows it going? I figured i'd join the forums, since i've been reading them for about a month.
Mainly I'm joining to read up on advice. A friend and I are doing a bike/band tour from Boston to Richmond leaving august 17. haven't decided what equipment to bring yet, but have started prepping my bike (a raleigh capri a size too small that i found in a trash heap.)
i haven't done too much long distance biking yet, a trip from richmond to Virginia beach (about 140 miles total in 2 days) but i think this will be a great adventure.
if anyone has any info or patterns on/of DIY panniers i'd love to hear from you.
