A customer of mine has been getting a continual creaking from his bottom bracket/pivot point on his Aluminum Full Suspension bike. We've done the obvious - replace Pedals/Bottom Bracket/Pivot/Rear Suspension unit.

Has anybody got a clue as to what else we could look at?

Try wrapping the cups of the b.b. shell in teflon tape.

You said, "creaking frame". If you're not sure where it's coming from, you might check the seat post. Mine creaks like crazy when it's got grease on it, believe it or not. I took it off about two weeks ago for cleaning and put a thin layer of grease on it. Creaked like mad. Too it back off, wiped the grease off, silencio. No more creak at all. Sounds weird but when I got the bike it creaked terribly and that's what fixed it then too. Had to re-grease it to prove it to myself. :) And it only seemed to creak when I pedaled giving the impression that it was something in the drive train.

If you haven't been able to find anything I wouldn't worry about it too much. Almost every frame out here seems to creak from the same area (especially the RM's). I always thought it was an excepted noise on a fs bike :D
