Hi All,
My name is Mel Richards. I´m from England, but now reside in sunny Spain, where I run a business specialising in providing holidays and training camps for cyclists, as well as runners, hikers and anyone else interested in fitness and the great outdoors.
I own lots of bikes, but I ride a Gary Fisher Paragon on the tracks and a trek 1200 on the roads. I ride with a great bunch of Spanish guys in a local club (mtblapalma.com) and we are always looking for people to come and join us for a ride. Hope to see you there! www.rio-frio.com
