delay

So there I was, sitting at the intersection. Just hanging out, waiting for the light to change or traffic to let up. However, the red light seems unwilling to relent. After about 20 seconds I feel my meager trackstanding abilities starting to fail me. I do all I can do, I pedal half a rotation forward and hope to catch it again on my left foot.
Sh** I think, its not going to happen, I am about to make a truely embarrassing 0mph fall right in front of a driver I just glared at for honking three times at me for no apparent reason. In the 1 second I have before the fall, I think my only hope of avoiding this pathetic moment is to get our of the pedals. Unfortunately I feel far to off balance, I don't think its going to work out for me. So I thrust both ankles out hoping for the best. Somehow, mysteriously, next thing I know I have both feet on the ground. Of course at this moment the light changes... but what are you going to do?
This has made me a true Crank Brothers fan. I now honestly beleive that these pedals know what I am thinking and release when I want them to, and stay clipped when they need to.
Oh well, just thought I would share.
